Thank you very much indeed for your contribution to the FARM & MORE event on Tuesday, it was a great pleasure to meet you again. I think, having heard the conversation between you and Valentina that we missed an opportunity to get you more involved and, as we're coming north for the event in 2012, I hope I can invite you again? We learned a lot from the event this week and I would like to shape up more sessions where there are exchanges between speakers and dialogue with audience - and fewer streams of talks so that everyone gets the good crowd that they deserve.

Dear Andrew,
Just a quick email to say thanks for a hugely informative and inspirational course last Saturday morning. I was running catering jobs regularly until about 18 months ago and since then have been rather caught up in the day job. Very keen to get out of advertising, as you might imagine, so the course last week was a great reminder to me as to how passionate I am about food, and specifically educating people to take food seriously, and understand that something that is vital to living can be a really pleasurable thing. I hope to follow my dreams and continue the catering in due course, and I hope to be able to learn more from you on future courses.
I'll look out for you on the BBC show and I hope that the outcome of that leads to great things.
