This week sees part of the Farmer Sharp clan back in London for the weekend, doing Mastering Meat and not working, oh sorry that’s net-working.
To do more passing of the knowledge and the little alleged humor and a regular forthnightly Mastering Meat Courses.
To be in Borough area soaking up the summer sun!

Farmer Sharp was the winner for 3 month old air dried mutton (in category Cured or Cooked Meat) and also has won the category of Cumbrian producer of the year for Best Cured or Cooked Meat and Best Air Dried Meat.
